As a new born baby, we are received in a muslin cloth. As we grow, all the rituals & festivals in life involve specific kinds of dresses, colours and sacred threads. Even in death, we wrap ourselves with clothing. Yarns & textiles are our ‘second skin’! It was a thought provoking presentation by Mrs. Kalyani Pramod at Shuttles & Needles studio!
