Cashmere scarf on Rigid heddle loom
Gifting season is on! What better than a luxurious cashmere scarf woven by your own hands for your loved one?
We carry cashmere yarns in about 30 shades in small cones of 50g each ready for weaving. This scarf was woven with just 3 cones on Ashford Rigid heddle loom. It is super-soft and super-cozy!
You can also knit/ crochet with this cashmere yarn. Though it is a fine yarn, we recommend 3mm knitting needles and 3-3.5mm crochet hooks to have an open structure. Once you wash the fabric with luke warm water, the cashmere ‘blossoms’ and closes the gaps so you have a fuller & softer fabric caressing you!
